I grew up in the suburbs of North Carolina, but I always had dreams of moving to the West to chase bigger mountains and better outdoor access. I wasn’t picky about where and I’m still not today. My rule was always “West of the Rockies.”

I made the big move when I was 18. After four years of exploring the Cascades and Selkirks, I moved to the Tetons to further my obsession. Since then I’ve traveled all over the West seeking the same adventure and stoke I had when I was 18 years old.
